CANCELLING POLICY

Confirmation: Upon reservation, a confirmation will be sent to you by email.

Payment policy: Payment is required at the time of booking

ATTENTION, unless the customer is unable to come to Saint Barth within one week of the date and time of the outing, there is no refund for all bookings made in the period from December 16th, 2024 to January 12nd, 2025 inclusive.

The cancellation policy is as follows:

  • More than 72 hours before the event, a 95% refund of the service (5% management fee).
  • Between 24 and 72 hours before the event, a 50% refund of the service.
  • Less than 24 hours before the event, no refund.

There may be several exceptions to this cancellation policy:

  • Medical problem certified by a doctor (to be given to us at the latest on the day of the outing).
  • Impossible to come on the island to do the service. (The cruise ship decides not to stop on the island for example)
  • In case of bad weather that could affect the safety of our guests, we will try to move the reservation. If this is not possible for the customer, we will issue a full refund.
