CANCELLING POLICY

Confirmation: Upon reservation, a confirmation will be sent to you by email.

Payment policy: Payment is required at the time of booking

ATTENTION, unless the customer is unable to come to Saint Barth within one week of the date and time of the outing, there is no refund for all bookings made in the period from Christmas Day to New Year’s Day inclusive.

The cancellation policy is as follows:

  • More than 72 hours from the date and time of the outing, we will refund the full amount.
  • From 24 to 72 hours from the date and time of the outing, we refund 50%
  • Within 24 hours of the date and time of the outing, no refund will be made.

There may be several exceptions to this cancellation policy:

  • Medical problem certified by a doctor (to be given to us at the latest on the day of the outing).
  • Impossible to come on the island to do the service. (The cruise ship decides not to stop on the island for example)
  • In case of bad weather that could affect the safety of our guests, we will try to move the reservation. If this is not possible for the customer, we will issue a full refund.
