CANCELLING POLICY

Confirmation: Upon reservation, a confirmation will be sent to you by email.

Payment policy: Payment is required at the time of booking

Next-Day Booking Cut-Off
Next-day departures close at 5:30 PM.
Any request not confirmed before this time (completed registration form and full payment received) cannot be maintained.

1. Standard Cancellation Terms

  • More than 72 hours before the scheduled time: 90% refund (10% administrative fee retained).
  • Between 24 and 72 hours: 50% refund.
  • Less than 24 hours: non-refundable.

Cancellations made on the day of the activity, including for medical reasons or changes of plans, are non-refundable.
Once the daily schedule is finalized, crew and logistics are already engaged.

For bookings including multiple dates, each date is treated independently under this policy.

2. Special Holiday Period (December 21, 2026 – January 10, 2027)

For any activity scheduled between December 21, 2026 and January 10, 2027 inclusive, cancellations made less than 10 days before the scheduled time are non-refundable, regardless of the reason.

3. Activity Started & Early Termination

Any activity that has started is fully due.
No refund will be granted if the guest chooses to stop for personal reasons (comfort, stress, ear issues, etc.), unless Serial Divers ends the activity for safety reasons.

4. Courses, Multi-Day Programs & Stays

For any course/program booked for a defined period, the full booked period is due.
If the guest chooses to stop early, amounts paid remain due.

5. No-Show & Late Arrival

If a late arrival prevents participation, it is considered a no-show.
No-shows are non-refundable.

6. Transportation & Access to the Island

Serial Divers cannot be held responsible for delays, cancellations, or changes related to transportation (flights, ferries, cruises, private yachts, or any other means of access).
Individual transportation issues remain subject to the standard cancellation policy.

In case of an official closure of the port or airport by the competent authorities preventing access to the island, the activity will be fully refunded except 10% administrative fee.

7. Third-Party Decisions (Cruises, Yachts, Charter Operators)

If a third-party operator decides not to proceed for reasons unrelated to an official port closure, the booked service remains due.

8. Exceptional Serious Events

A full refund (except 10% administrative fee) may be granted in case of a serious, unforeseeable event beyond the guest’s control (e.g., death of a close family member, major home damage), with official supporting documentation.

9. Weather & Safety

Safety is our priority. In case of unsafe weather conditions or operational restrictions, Serial Divers may cancel or modify the activity.
In such cases, guests may choose between rescheduling or receiving a full refund.
